Though polite and cordial to his fellow Dwellers, Gregorovich is a man of few words and simple gestures. He has one job in the Mall, he takes that job very seriously, and he sees it through to the letter; unless the Mayor says otherwise, nobody enters the Mall, and nobody leaves.
