- Notable NPCs
- Elena Chavez (Beloved)
- General Disposition
- Cold, controlling, cocky, better-than-you, brutal.
- They have a number of shops at Key Station that buy low, sell high.
- They control the main access point between the green line and blue line with a blockade and charge you money to pass through.
- The KSG can be identified by their 1920's-inspired outfits. NPCs will be wearing things like flapper dresses, waistcoats, fedoras, etc.
The Shadow People are not actually a branch of the Key Station Gangsters. Instead, they're members of the U.S. government using the gangsters as a front. The KSG don't mind the publicity.
- The KSG don't actually know where the Shadow People take their victims.
Beliefs About the Virus
As a former Dweller, Beloved believes that the virus is natural. This being said, Beloved encourages the people of the KSG to believe whatever they want, in order to better obfuscate the KSG's activities and encourage the faction's air of mystique.
